Job Overview:
The Business Finance Officer is responsible for implementing and managing compensation and reward programs, performance management systems and process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performance Management
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor the employee performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for employee.
2. Business Schemes Management
- Setting KPIs for employee that align with the organization/department‘s strategic objectives
- Design, implement and manage incentive schemes to ensure alignment with performance outcomes and organization’s compensation and reward strategies..
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance management, compensation and reward management, HR, or a related role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency with BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
