1. Required Qualifications
	- 3–5 years of professional experience in Frontend / Web Development.
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js (Vue.js is a plus).
- Familiar with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or others).
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, responsive design.
- Experience with UI libraries like Ant Design or Shadcn/UI.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, componentization, and modular design.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or WebSocket-based systems.
- Knowledge of build tools (Vite, Webpack, Rollup, Nx).
- Basic familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
- Awareness of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, token handling).
2. Preferred / Nice-to-Have
	- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or real-time data systems.
- Exposure to React Native, Flutter, or Electron (cross-platform development).
- Understanding of monorepo structures and shared codebases.
- Experience building or maintaining internal design systems.
- Familiarity with MQTT / EMQX or event-driven systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
