Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. 

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. 

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing. 

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. 

- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure goals and deadlines are met. 

- Train and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development. 

- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timeline. 

- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to digital marketing and ensure compliance in all activities. 

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role. 

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and marketing automation software. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

- Experience managing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices. 

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. 

- Leadership and team management experience. 

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
