Manage AME (Asset Management) channel, develop PM (Portfolio Management) service model, setting standards for account services, qualification and performance of Client Advisors in Service Units
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Report to: Managing Director - Wealth Business
2. AME business management
- Defining Go to market strategy for paid specialist advisory service
- Perform customer segmentation and customer assignment in AME channel
- Responsible for P&L (Profit & Lost) and business -financial / non-financial objectives of the AME channel.
- Managing business performance: build, sustain, and maximize profit of the channels for the company.
3. Standard setting for account services and specialist qualification
- Determining account service quality standards (Set rule for asset allocation, stock selection, portfolio construction, advice on navigating market conditions), SLA, team quality… (Trade and Wealth Services)
- Building capability and qualification framework and SOP to standardize Wealth Advisors, Brokers, PM and AME/ ISA (Investment Service Advisor)
4. SU building and management support
- Participate in the process of recruiting, training and developing capability of Brokers, Wealth advisors
- Building and managing WA (Wealth Advisor), Brokers, PM team to meet customers’ need
1. Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or upper. Preferred in Economics, Banking – Finance, Business Administration, …
2. Knowledge/Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of working in management / leadership positions, preferably in securities, investment management, banking and finance.
- Good knowledge of investment management business (investment advisory & asset management)
- Good people management skills (large team of 50+ members)
- Have professional experience and ideals
3. Skill Requirements
- Language: English proficiency (IELTS: 6.0 / TOEFL: 6.5 / TOEIC: 700)
