Team Leader/Investment Analysis Manager (Real Estate/Construction/Materials) - 111 PM

• Developing domain expertise in an assigned group of 2 - 3 related industry sectors
• Managing a team of 2 - 4 investment analysts covering the industry sectors
• Coaching and training the assigned analysts to develop their skills
• Implementing periodic industry and stock analysis reports (reports, models, coverage)
• Manager Level: To be well regarded in the market as an expert in the assigned sectors with frequent presentations to financial institutions and retail customers
• Assistant Manager Level: Presenting investment ideas and answering questions to retail customers and domestic/foreign financial institutions
• Acting as a bridge between VNDIRECT and customers as well as the investment community.
• Ensuring that team members adhere to production schedules
• Ensuring quality of work from team members

1. Education

• Bachelor and above

2. Professional certificates

• CFA preferable

3. Experience

• Assistant Manager: more than 6 years research experience;
• Manager: more than 10 years research experience

4. Workskills

• English (fluently)
• Identify investment pattems and trends
• Fundamental analysis
• Building a business model and due diligence

• This position can be located in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
