Job Overview:
The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and reward programs, performance management systems and process. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and HR teams to drive employee performance, development, and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify performance management needs and tailor solutions to support organizational/department goals.
- Setting KPIs for employee that align with the organization/department's strategic objectives.
- Monitor the employee performance, including KPIs measurements and evaluations.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for employee performance and development.
- Design, implement and manage incentive schemes to ensure alignment with performance outcomes and organization’s compensation and reward strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in performance management, HR, or a related role with a strong understanding of performance appraisal system.
- Proven experience in compensation and reward management, with a strong understanding of compensation strategies, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
